Do take note that the Jamb direct entry application form can be purchased in any commercial banks in Nigeria, or through the JAMB offices across the nation.
Usually, the following banks listed below, always sell the Jamb direct entry registration form. These banks are all under contract to sell the application form.

However, If any of the banks in your area do not have the form, it may be that their headquarters is yet to supply the branch or that particular branch will not be engaged by the bank to sell it, and this is where the three mentioned banks come into the picture, they do always HAVE the form, but if the branch in your area does not have it, you can check out other branches in any city near you.

Requirements
Take note that you can fill the application form online. However, to ensure that you register successfully, the Dailyschoolnews Nigeria team would encourage that you register early.
Applications are invited from candidates with the following: OND, NCE, IJMB, Cambridge A level (or any equivalent), HND, BSc, ICAN (or other professional results) into 200 level of any Nigerian University.
If you have one of the above certificates or awaiting result in any of them, we have good news for you, because you are qualified to apply for direct entry in any Nigerian University.

When the website loads up on your computer, you’ll be required to use the Sign Up option to validate your PIN and Serial Number. Take note that some of your details, including your Biometrics Thumbprints, will be captured on first Sign-In after supplying your PIN and Serial Number.
Subsequent Sign-in will take you to the registration page if the entry has not been submitted otherwise to the home page.
The Lost Card option is used to retrieve Lost PIN. Please make sure that you have an electronic copy (printed copies and also in your email address) of your Most Recent Passport Photograph (not older than 3 months) before you start your registration.
Candidates are advised to test the validity of their passport photographs before proceeding to fill out the form.
Use the Microsoft Image Editor or Any available Image editing Software to Resize and Convert your Picture into JPEG Format and required the size of 15 Kilo Bytes.
